PAC’s Limited Lifetime Warranty:
Subject to PAC’s inspection and evaluation, any part that fails under normal service will be replaced at no charge. Except for the PAC warranty, we disclaim liability for incidental and consequential damages due to product modifications from original state or usage outside intended application. Product availability may impact replacement times. PAC’s limited lifetime warranty only pertains to items currently in production and does not apply to outdated or discontinued product. PAC’s Shipping Policy:
Upon agreement of purchase, customer acknowledges and assumes all responsibilities of charges incurred for shipments to locations where a liftgate is required. Additionally, fees may also be assessed for inside deliveries or residential deliveries as per shipping company regulations.
PAC’s Merchandise Return Policy:
Performance Advantage Company accepts returns of merchandise according to the following criteria:
- Custom cut extrusions and custom metal tool boards are not returnable.
- Custom stocking orders and custom manufactured orders are not returnable.
- All purchases made after 60 days from invoice date are not returnable.
- Approved returns require an RGA number and form, provided by PAC. All rules must be followed as stated on the form or no credit will be issued.
- Returned merchandise must be in NEW / UNUSED condition for credit.
- All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Custom manufactured bracket kits as well as customer specific items are not returnable. Examples of these include but are not limited to; Cylinder Mate carts, OEM Specific parts, Navy kits, K5050-1PH & K5050-2PH, 1006-1TFT.
- Special limited use brackets including Loop Hooks, Strut Base Mounts, and GM Hooks are subject to custom stocking and manufacturing and may not be returnable.
PAC’s Cancellation Policy:
- After receipt of your PO, production commences immediately.
- Once production has started, cancellation is not possible, and the custom order cannot be refunded.
- All orders of custom metal items or metal products are non-refundable and non-returnable.
